Three new panels are affixed to the old brickwork in Festival Lane Drouin as part of a lane way beautification project celebrating Drouin’s Ficifolia Festival. I designed the memorabilia style photo panels to invite passersby to stop and have a closer look, and maybe add their own photo or piece of memorabilia to the wall.

My Studio Door is Open, again
I’m sorting out the studio in readiness for this Sunday’s Open Studios West Gippsland Event. Lately, I’ve been turning some of my linocut prints on fabric into cushions and wall panels. Before that, I was using my linocut images on book cover designs. When: Sunday Feb 10, 2013, 10am-5pm www.openstudioswestgippsland.com
Book cover design created over the weekend
Front cover for the Baw Baw writers’ Network. My design, created in indesign, uses four versions of my beetle linocut. The editorial team wanted something quickly with bold, vibrant colour. (tick!)
